Can a parent join?
Yes. Parents and guardians are welcome to join the conversation with their student. Let us know when booking so your current student knows who to expect.
Are these official college tours?
No. Honest Pete connects you with current students sharing their own perspectives. They do not represent their universities or make admissions decisions.
What should I ask?
Anything about their personal experience: classes, workload, friendships, social life, clubs, housing, traditions, transition to college, or what surprised them. They may not know the answer to every question.
What if I can't find my college?
Request it through our school request form. We're growing our network. Request a school
How long is a call?
Your booking is for 20 minutes. If the conversation naturally runs a few minutes over and both people are available, that's fine, but extra time isn't guaranteed.
Can I meet a student in person?
We're exploring in-person campus meetups. You can register your interest, but they aren't available for instant booking yet. Register your interest
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Use the instructions in your booking confirmation; the applicable cancellation/refund policy will be shown before payment once approved.
